You manage to connect to your account but the data is empty or at zero.

There are 3 reasons for this behavior:

1- The inverter is not connected to the internet

There have been internet outages on the inverter and the inverter has still not recovered the connection. It has not been able to upload this information to the IMEON Online platform. The message "Your inverter is not connected to the Internet" is displayed at the top of the screen.

How do I check that my inverter is connected to the Internet ?

2- Internet outages have caused data loss

The inverter has had internet outages. It was not able to upload the latest information to the IMEON Online platform. A message "Data recovery in progress" is displayed at the top of the screen. This is normal behavior in case of an outage.

The inverter stores the data in its memory in case of an internet outage and then uploads it to the monitoring server as soon as the connection is restored. This information retrieval depends on the speed of your Internet connection and can vary from a few minutes to several days.

3- The date or time of the inverter is not correct

In case of a wrong setting of the time and date of the inverter during the installation, there will be a problem of data synchronization on the IMEON Online server. As a result, no values will be displayed on the screen. A Message "the date is not correctly configured on the inverter" will be displayed on the top of the screen.

This is a normal behavior, the server is not able to display correctly the consumption or production data. To have a consistent display again, you just have to change the date and time of the inverter by connecting to the OS ONE interface so that it corresponds to your time zone. (Reprogram date/time inverter)
