Internet outages have caused data loss

There were internet outages on the inverter. It was therefore unable to upload the latest information to the IMEON Online platform. A "Data recovery in progress" message is displayed on the top of the screen. This is a normal behavior in case of an outage.

The inverter stores the data in its memory in case of an internet outage and then uploads it to the monitoring server as soon as the connection is restored. This information retrieval depends on the speed of your Internet connection and can vary from a few minutes to several days.
